LIVE: Predicted line-ups and latest updates

The departure of Ronald Koeman was unable to provide the lift that Barcelona would have hoped for as they drew 1-1 at home to Alaves last weekend, but it is vital that interim boss Sergi Barjuan is able to guide the Blaugrana to a much-needed three points in the Champions League as they take on Dynamo Kyiv this Tuesday night at the NSK Olimpisky.

Dynamo Kyiv 0-0 Barcelona - LIVE SCORE

This is the start of our Dynamo Kyiv vs Barcelona live blog, with our updates from this Champions League group-stage game following on from here. As always, the entries nearest the top are the most recent ones.

18:00 GMT: Who will fill the attacking void for Barcelona?

It's been a painful start to the campaign for Barcelona, with poor performances across the pitch. The front line is of particular concern for the Blaugrana, who have scored just one goal in three Champions League group games. The news that Sergio Aguero will be out for three months just adds to their misery, and so the question remains: just who will step up in attack for Barcelona on Tuesday?

17:00 GMT: Dynamo Kyiv vs Barcelona preview

With just one Champions League win to their name so far this season, Barcelona know that only a another three-point haul will suffice as they travel to face Dynamo Kyiv in Ukraine on Tuesday evening.

The Catalans, without the recently dismissed Ronald Koeman, have already lost to both Benfica and Bayern Munich in Champions League Group E, leaving them troubled in third place after beating Dynamo Kyiv last time out. The Ukrainian side have one point themselves, having drawn against Benfica, but Barcelona won't want to settle for Europe League football in the new year and, as such, they know that they need to win on Tuesday and then hope for the best in the return games against the Portuguese side and Bayern to have a chance at progression.

It won't be easy for Barcelona, though, as interim coach Sergi Barjuan has an injury crisis to deal with. It'll be difficult just to put a starting XI together.
