Former NFL player Zac Stacy beats ex-girlfriend in front of their baby

Actualizado

Former NFL running back Zac Stacy mercilessly attacked his ex-girlfriend and mother of their child, punching her in the face and whipping her with a television and a piece of furniture, images that were captured on video.

The disturbance happened last Saturday around 2 p.m. in Florida, at the home of Stacy's ex-girlfriend, 30, according to TMZ.

I begged him to stop because the baby was on the couch just a few feet from where he punched me

It all started when Stacy reacted violently during an argument with his ex-girlfriend, throwing a couple of punches to the woman's face, who fell on a couch, right next to where their five-month-old baby was sitting.

Immediately, the former NFL player grabbed her by the arm and brutally threw her against a TV. The TV fell on the woman, who was lying on the floor hurting from the blows and begging Stacy to calm down.

When it seemed that Stacy would leave the place, he returned and threatened to throw an object at his ex-girlfriend; after making several claims to her about their failed relationship, the former NFL running back lifted the woman off the ground and whipped her a second time, this time on a bouncy seat.

Stacy's ex-girlfriend recounted the horrific attack

Once she was able to stand up, the woman immediately called the police but Stacy had already fled. The victim filed for a restraining order on Monday, saying "I fear for my life and my children's lives."

"He punched me several times in the head! I begged him to stop because the baby was on the couch just a few feet from where he punched me," the woman wrote in the application.

"He then picked me up and threw me into my TV. The TV began to fall and he turned to make sure I wasn't getting up. As I laid on the floor he began to yell at me, telling me I'm destructive. He then picked me up off the floor and off my feet and body slammed me into our son's bouncy seat."

Apparently, before fleeing Stacy told his son "I love you". So far, there is no information on the whereabouts of the former NFL player.

Stacy was drafted by St. Louis in 2013. After 2 seasons with the Rams, he joined the New York Jets in 2015 and later played in the Canadian Football League and the Alliance of American Football (AAF).
