Hamilton secures pole as Verstappen crashes into wall

It is advantage Lewis Hamilton heading into Sunday's Saudi Arabian Grand Prix after a thrilling end to qualifying on Saturday evening.

Max Verstappen appeared as though he was going to finish in pole position, but he crashed into a wall and that scuppered his hopes.

What's more, the Red Bull driver will have to make to do with starting in third as Valtteri Bottas recorded the second-fastest time.

Verstappen's teammate, Sergio Perez, will begin the race in fifth, so he will be hoping to start well and apply pressure on the likes of Charles Leclerc in fourth and then Bottas.
