Golovkin gets backing to beat Canelo
Gennady Golovkin has been backed for success when he takes on Canelo Alvarez in their upcoming bout.
While Canelo's recent fight with Dimitry Bivol has only just happened in the last few weeks, attention in the boxing world has already turned to his next fight. It's not thought to be an easy prospect for Canelo, with Golovkin having a lot of support.
A lot of people have suggested that Golovkin's age, now being 40 years old, could hinder him in the upcoming fight.
"As well as being a great fighter, he's a great person and I'll always be there for him," David Benavidez said of Golovkin in an interview with FightHub.
Golovkin has won 42 of his 44 career fights, with 37 of those coming by knockout. He has lost just once.
