Is Tommy Fury afraid of Jake Paul?

The barrage of statements between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury continues, after the Brit failed to enter the United States to fight the celebrity in the month of August.

However, on this occasion the brother of Tyson Fury appeared on social networks to clarify why he did not fly to the American continent and also answer all those who have invented reasons for not boxing against Jake Paul.

Tommy Fury's words

"Recently on social networks, I've seen more things about me than ever. I just want to clarify one thing, the reason this fight didn't take place was because I couldn't get into the country, not because I wasn't training or wasn't in shape," said Fury. "I was ready and raring to go. I was at the airport Monday morning, with all my equipment, ready to fly in and get the show on the road.

Fury had a fight scheduled in August at Madison Square Garden in New York, however, the Briton failed to show up for the fight promotion last week, so he had to be suspended.

"I couldn't get into the country and that's why this fight didn't happen. All the bullshit about me not being ready or not training, forget it," Fury said. "If it didn't come from me, then don't believe it because it's not the truth."

Tommy Fury's father thinks differently

Within Tommy Fury's clarifications, the British boxer mentions that everything related to him not training "is pure bullshit", however, with these words he would be attacking his father's words.

John Fury, father of Tyson and Tommy said a few days ago that one of the reasons why his youngest son did not make this fight was because "he was not training".

For this reason, he sought an excuse for not exposing himself to Jake Paul and although this fight has not been agreed for August, later it could be held, since the American would have a fight with Tommy Fury in England and the date is about to be confirmed.
