Christian Pulisic's goal sparks US craze: "Hang it in the Louvre"

Christian Pulisic's goal that helped the USMNT defeat the Iranian national team and advance to the next round of the World Cupsparked a craze among soccer fans, particularly the group called AO (American Outlaws), that even requested the image of the goal be hung as a work of art in the Louvre Museum.

Under the motto of "Uniting and strengthening the fans of the U.S. national soccer teams," American Outlaws has more than 188,000 followers who come together to support not only the USMNT, but all soccer teams representing the United States in any international competition.

Today, after Pulisic's goal, euphoria broke out in the group, which posted several videos of how they celebrated in different parts of America after the win against Iran. The Memphis-based group posted a video in which, after the goal, a group of fans began singing their version of "When The Saints Go Marching In," while posting, "LFG. See y'all Saturday."

The general group posted: "We've got all the thoughts and feels, but for now: BRING ON THE DUTCH," while the New Jersey AO group went further and posted an image of Pulisic's goal and the caption: "Hang it in the Louvre."

Other American Outlaws groups, like the one in Buffalo, posted a video of how the goal was celebrated in a pub in that city, or the reactions in the capital, Washington D.C., as well.

Not only AO celebrated the goal in style

But AO were not the only ones celebrating the goal. In various parts of the country, it was possible to enjoy how Pulisic's achievement filled American fans with pride. On Instagram, for example, a video was posted of a casino in Las Vegas where, after the goal was scored, fans began to shout "USA, USA!".
