DeAndre Jordan is amazed by Jokic: "I've played with future Hall of Famers, and Nikola might be at the top"

DeAndre Jordan spoke to MARCA ahead of the fourth game of the NBA Finals. The Denver Nuggets player analyzed his team's decisive victory in the third game against the Miami Heat and highlighted the importance of the famous dinner at Jeff Green's house after the 1-1 tie.

"It's exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling, after a defeat. We had salad, potatoes, asparagus, salmon, meat, chicken, all kinds of desserts... In the end, in these types of series, you need time to disconnect, talk to your teammates. This routine worked the other day, so maybe we'll repeat it tonight," he joked.

DeAndre Jordan is amazed by Jokic: "I've played with future Hall Of Famers, and Nikola is maybe at the top of his game".

DeAndre Jordan also had words of recognition for his teammate Nikola Jokic, the team's main star alongside Jamal Murray. The Serbian player is the leader in the locker room and the toughest rival in training.

"I've played with many future Hall of Famers, and Nikola is at the top of that list, if not the highest. He does a lot of things well. I'm very fortunate to have him as a teammate," he said.

Nikola is an incredible talent

"When I have to defend him in training, I think it's good for both of us. In practice, I try to make it as difficult as possible for Nikola so that it becomes easy for him in games. He's an incredible talent."

When asked if he could stop Jokic in a game if he were his opponent, the Nuggets player responded with humor. "With a lot of help, with the other four guys on the court," he joked.
