Ronaldinho is in deep financial trouble and going through a rough time, per report

Ronaldinho can be considered one of the most spectacular soccer players who ever lived, he is at the top of the list of many who consider him the greatest of all time. There is a saying that goes along the lines of, 'the brightest stars are the ones who tend to burn the fastest'. In Ronaldinho's case, this seems to be exactly the case as the Brazilian legend is currently in some deep financial trouble. Ever since he became a professional, Ronaldinho has been known to lead a lavish life and extreme partying. The reason he didn't last long at FC Barcelona was because he simply didn't want to keep making the effort required to remain at the very top. Once he won the Ballon d'Or, he felt his promise to his late father was fulfilled.

Ronaldinho is broke, according to a report

Before we continue with this reporting, readers need to take this from the source that is coming. British tabloid The Sun tends to put out sensationalized stories and they have done this about Ronaldinho. According to the outlet, the Brazilian legend has lost almost all of his money because he owes millions in taxes to the authorities from his country. The Sun reports that the Brazilian IRS attempted to collect what he owed from his bank accounts and found nothing. After that, they decided to seize two of his properties and left him with almost nothing. This report suggests the authorities were only able to find $6 in his bank accounts.

If this is true, Ronaldinho is following the path of other soccer legends such as Garrincha or Paul Gascoigne. Both of them also ended with almost no money and struggled to enjoy life after retirement. In Gazza's case, the English footballer currently has a net worth of only $500,000 as of 2023. Amid this recent development in Ronaldinho's finances, the report suggest he is completely bankrupt.
