Conor McGregor vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov ends in massive brawl

The mega-fight of the UFC between superstar Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov has ended in complete chaos.

After McGregor had lost the best fight of the year through submission, it came in the T-Mobile Arena of Las Vegas to a huge scandal.

Nurmagomedov climbed over the cage and jumped into the audience - to fight with Connor McGregor's team.
The Irishman had given up in the fourth round of UFC, after his opponent had him in a chokehold.

While Nurmagomedov fought outside the ring with the Irish crew, including Dillon Danis (welterweight contender and McGregor Jiu-Jitsu coach), two men boarded the Octagon and headed for McGregor.

Both attackers apparently came from the Nurmagomedov camp, while one attacked the Irish frontal, the second struck from behind. Security forces had to intervene and stop the beating.

Khabib was escorted out of the arena with no award ceremony and the loud whistles of the Irish fans.

Nurmagomedov could lose the belt

According to UFC President Dana White, three members of the Russian team were arrested, but later released after McGregor refused to file a complaint. White spoke to ESPN of a "very bad night" for the association and threatened Nurmagomedov with suspension.
