Sergio Busquets doubles Barcelona's lead

It's been a better week than usual for Barcelona so far, with a hard fought win over Dynamo Kyiv in the Champions League followed by the news of Xavi's appointment as head coach, and the team will be looking to keep up that momentum when they face Celta Vigo at Balaidos on Saturday. Sergi Barjuan will remain in charge for the match, against a Celta side that have won just one of their last five games.

Celta Vigo vs Barcelona LIVE SCORE: 0-2

This is the start of our Celta Vigo vs Barcelona live blog, with our updates from this LaLiga Santander fixture following on from here. As always, the entries nearest the top are the most recent ones.

Minute 17: GOAL!!! IT'S A BEAUTY FROM BUSQUESTS!!!

Barcelona attack down their left again and play the ball inside towards Sergio Busquets, who scores a rare goal. It's a beautiful strike as he finds the bottom corner perfectly. Barcelona are cruising.

Minute 10: Gavi makes a vital intervention

Celta Vigo attack with danger, but Gavi is able to track back and get his head on a ball inside the penalty area, putting it out for a corner. That corner then comes to nothing.

Minute 5: GOAL!!! IT'S ANSU FATI!!!

Barcelona lead and, of course, it's Ansu Fati. He stays onside to collect a Jordi Alba pass and then turns Hugo Mallo inside out before somehow putting the ball in the far corner. What a talent he is.

Minute 2: A big chance for Aspas

Iago Aspas beats Barcelona's offside trap and has a great one-on-one chance, trying to beat Marc-Andre ter Stegen at his near post. It's very close, but ripples the side netting.
