Benzema and Bale make the squad to face Atletico Madrid

Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale have fully recovered from their injuries and were both included in the matchday squad ahead of Real Madrid's derby against Atletico Madrid on Sunday.

The former is expected to start, but the Welshman will be on the bench, as Carlo Ancelotti has all his players - but Dani Ceballos - at his disposal for the duel at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

Benzema suffered muscle discomfort and had to be replaced in Real Madrid's 2-0 win over Real Sociedad at the Reale Arena last weekend, with Luka Jovic covering for him and producing one goal, as well as an assist, to lead Los Blancos to the victory.

Meanwhile, Ceballos has yet to feature this season due to an injury and he is expected to begin training with the rest of his teammates next week.
